ALL PACKAGES SENT IN FOR EXCHANGE MUST DISPLAY AN RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. THE RMA NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF ELECTRONIC RECEIPT OF THIS FORM IN OUR SYSTEM. Any package not displaying the RMA number will be refused.
All phones are subject to inspection by a Cellular Phone Trading, LLC technician and if such phone is found to have a defect normally covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we agree to an exchange of the phone if the exchange request is submitted to us electronically within 7 days of the initial receipt of the phone by the customer.
We can only exchange a defective phone for the same non-defective model. Under no circumstances can we exchange it for a different model or because the customer does not like the phone they received.
Under no circumstances can we exchange a phone due to any battery related issues, coverage/reception issues or because the phone does not serve the purpose intended by the customer at the time of purchase.
If the phone has any physical damage, it is deemed out of warranty and it will not be exchanged.
6. All packages must contain the phone, all accessories and packaging it came with in good condition. If your package does not contain the above mentioned items or the items included are in poor condition, then it will be returned to you without notice.
Although we strive to process all exchanges in a timely manner, due to high volumes of business, it can take up to two weeks for the customer to receive a new phone.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to our location in Hong Kong.
